अब तक में पसमांदा कार्यकर्त्ता के रूप में काम करते आया हूं मेरी ज़ुबान जरूर कड़वी है लेकिन बातें अक्सर तार्किक होती है। पसमांदा समुदाय और झारखंडी हित में मेरा संघर्ष जारी है। मेरे लिखने और बोलने से पसमांदा समुदाय को कितना लाभ पहुँचता है ये पसमांदा आवाम तय करेगी।

जैसा कि डॉ. भीम राव अम्बेडकर कहते है “हमें अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होना चाहिए और अपने अधिकारों के लिए यथासंभव सर्वोत्तम संघर्ष करना चाहिए। इसलिए अपना आंदोलन जारी रखें और अपनी बलों को संगठित करें। शक्ति और प्रतिष्ठा संघर्ष के माध्यम से आपके पास आएगी”।
असमत अली ने 1912 में अंग्रेज़ी हुकूमत से अलग झारखंड राज्य की मांग।
अब में पसमांदा समुदाय और झारखंडी हित में एक समाजिक संगठन की शुरुआत करना चाहता हूं, शेख़ भिखारी, चल्लो जोल्हा से लेकर असमत अली, जहूर अली, अब्दुर्रज़्जाक अंसारी, अमानत अली अंसारी, प्रोफ़ेसर अबू तालिब अंसारी इत्यादि कई नायक हुए हमारे समाज में, किसी ने देश के लिए कुर्बानी दी तो किसी ने झारखंड राज्य के लिए आंदोलन किया। असमत अली ने 1912 में अंग्रेज़ी हुकूमत से अलग झारखंड राज्य की मांग, वही मोमिन कांफ्रेंस ने 1936 में न सिर्फ़ अलग झारखंड राज्य के गठन का प्रस्ताव पास किया बल्कि बल्कि 1937 में ठेबले उरांव के नेतृत्व में आदिवासी उन्नत समाज का खुलकर साथ दिया। आदिवासी महासभा के दस्तावेज़ों के अनुसार 1938 में तक़रीबन 7 लाख पसमांदा मुसलमान [अधिकतर जोल्हा-अंसारी] महासभा के साथ थे, जो झारखंड के आन्दोलन में हमेशा साथ खड़े रहें।
1962 में जयपाल सिंह मुंडा के साथ मिलकर जहूर अली ने ‘जोल्हा-कोल्हा, भाई-भाई’ का नारा दिया।

पसमांदा समुदाय के लोग शहीद नहीं होते तो झारखंड एरिया ऑटोनॉमस काउंसिल (JAAC) का गठन नहीं होता।
1995 में अगर झारखंड आंदोलन में कुतुबुद्दीन अंसारी, अब्दुल वहाब अंसारी, मुर्तुजा अंसारी, ज़ुबैर अंसारी, सईद अंसारी इत्यादि पसमांदा समुदाय के लोग शहीद नहीं होते तो झारखंड एरिया ऑटोनॉमस काउंसिल (JAAC) का गठन नहीं होता और इतनी जल्दी अलग झारखंड राज्य अस्तित्व में नहीं आता, ये बात उस वक्त झारखंड आंदोलनकारी नेता प्रोफ़ेसर अबू तालिब अंसारी ने कही थी।
कोई हमारे हक़ व अधिकार के लिए खड़ा नहीं होता हैं
ये समय की मांग भी है क्योंकी बातें तो सभी करते है लेकीन कोई हमारे हक़ व अधिकार के लिए खड़ा नहीं होता हैं कोई भी हमारे सवालों को गंभीरता से नहीं उठाता है हमारे वैचारिकी को प्रमुखता नहीं देता है, हमारी एक बड़ी आबादी है झारखंड में जिसका उत्पीड़न अभी तक जारी है, राजनीतिक दलों का कोई व्यवहार नहीं रह गया है, विचारधारा को महत्वहीन बना दिया गया है। लोकतंत्र और संविधान की दिन दहाड़े हत्या होती है।
क्यों बनाना चाहते है सामाजिक संगठन ?
हमारे समुदाय के नेताओं में समाज के प्रति कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखाई देती है, पसमांदा समाज जो झारखंड में मूलवासी है, खतियानी है, पिछड़े वर्ग में आते है, जिनमें 90 फ़ीसदी तो केवल जोल्हा/अंसारी बिरादरी की आबादी है लेकिन समाजिक, शैक्षिक, आर्थिक और राजनितिक रूप कमज़ोर है जिनकी कोई भी आवाज़ नहीं सुनी जाती है, हमारा समाज मानो नेतृत्वहीन हो गया है, ऐसे में मुझ पर जिम्मेदारी और बढ़ गई है, मुझे पसमांदा समुदाय को पहले जागरूक करना होगा, जन जागरण अभियान, कैडर कैंप का आयोजन और कई सम्मेलन और समारोह का आयोजन करना होगा, अपने लोगों को संगठन से जोड़ कर उसका विस्तार करना होगा, समुदाय के नेतृत्व विकास के लिए कई कार्यक्रम आयोजित करना होगा, बुद्धिजीवी वर्ग तैयार करना होगा, पड़ने लिखने का कल्चर और कांसेप्ट लाना होगा, समुदाय को सही दिशा की ओर लेना जाना होगा, चुनौतियाँ बहुत बड़ी बड़ी है लेकिन किसी न किसी को तो शुरआत करनी ही होगी।

पसमांदा बुद्धिजीवी डॉ. खालिद अनीस अंसारी क्या कहते है?
जैसा कि समाजशास्त्री और पसमांदा बुद्धिजीवी डॉ. खालिद अनीस अंसारी कहते है- जिनको सामाजिक परिवर्तन की लड़ाई लड़नी है उन्हें इन सारी स्टेज से गुज़रना ही होगा:
साहित्य–>ज़हनसाज़ी–>संगठन–>मेम्बरसाज़ी–>आंदोलन–>राजनितिक पार्टी–>सत्ता–>सामाजिक परिवर्तन. कई कारणों से पिछले 20 साल से पसमांदा समाज स्टेज 1 और स्टेज 2 पर ही फंसा हुआ है।
इसलिए में 3 स्टेज पर मजबूती से पसमांदा समुदाय को ले जाने के लिए एक सामाजिक संगठन की शुरुआत करने जा रहा हूं। इसका कार्य क्षेत्र अभी सिर्फ़ झारखंड तक ही सीमित रहेगा, संगठन न सिर्फ़ पसमांदा समुदाय के मुद्दे को प्रमुखता से उठाएगा बल्कि आम खतियानी झारखंडी के मुद्दे जैसे स्थानीय नीति, नियोजन नीति, उद्योग नीति, विस्थापन नीति, ओबीसी आरक्षण, जल, जंगल व जमीन की रक्षा, ग्रेटर झारखंड निर्माण और दलित – बहुजन, पिछड़े वर्ग व आदिवासी अस्मिता व समाज के मुद्दे इत्यादि।
किसी ने क्या खूब कहा है:
“गैर परों से उड़ सकते हो हद से हद दीवारों तक,
अंबर तक वही उड़ेगा जिसके अपने पर होंगे।।
